a / The personal data provided to us by customers, are used solely to:
- implementation of the agreement
- if the customer agrees to inform about new products, services and promotions offered by the Shop (newsletter)
b. / Personal data are not disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Descriptions and photos of products
a / Despite the best efforts we cannot guarantee, that published technical information do not contain errors or mistakes that may not be legal basis for the claims. If you have any doubts, please contact our sales specialist before taking decision. Product images are only indicative and are specifically indicated in the presentation of their products. Colouring and wood grain may differ from those presented on the website of the Store.
b / The difference between the appearance of the product in the photo placed on the website and actual product appearance may not be the basis of potential claims.
c / All products listed at the online shop, products names and trademarks are used for identification of a particular product and are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
d / Not all products whose names and photos can be seen on the website are available from stock. Some of them (rare exotics) must be imported, which could take several months, depending on product availability from suppliers.
4. Prices
a / All prices quoted in our online shop at www.parkietstudio.pl are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
b / The prices in the online store are valid only on the website.
c / The binding price for the Buyer and Store is the price displayed on the website at the time of placing an order for the product by the Buyer.
5. Orders
a / All information about products placed on the website, in particular, descriptions, technical and utility specifications, prices, are invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of art. 71 Civil Code, in accordance with the terms of the Rules.
b / Offers and price lists located at the website do not constitute an offer within the meaning of art.66 clause 1 Civil Code.
c / A prerequisite for ordering is correct completion of the registration form located on the website.
d / Online order can be placed by:
- An individual who is aged 18 years and is registered for permanent or temporary residence on Polish territory, with full legal capacity.
- Any legal person whose head office is located on Polish territory
- An organizational unit without legal personality, if on the basis of separate regulations has legal capacity
e / Placing an order is not tantamount to its adoption. Seller may refuse to implement an order, also without giving any reason.
f / Information provided by the seller to accept an order, based on a mutually accepted offer, sent via e-mail, is clear from the conclusion of a sale / purchase contract binding the two parties.
6. Payment Methods
a / Payment for goods may be made by the client as follows:
b / Transfer to a Shop bank account
c / Cash in the event of receipt of goods by the Customer's own efforts and at own expense from the Store
d / Cash into the hands of the carrier, if the delivery of goods is through the carrier.
e / The Shop may establish other specific terms and conditions of payment with the client. In this case valid conditions and forms of payment indicated in the order are confirmed by the Store.
f / Client is not entitled to withhold payment or deduct their duties in relation to the Store. Transferring receivables due to the Store on other entities, is possible only with the prior consent in writing given by the Store under pain of invalidity.
g / In case of payment on delivery the Buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of due amount. If the transaction goes through, the deposit will be accounted for the sale price. The deposit.The depositTwill be fully refunded in case of failure of transaction caused by fault of the Store. In other circumstances, the deposit shall be forfeited to the Store.
7. Cancellation of orders
a / The Store may cancel the order if:
b / The Buyer selected bank transfer as the payment method and the amount of the order has not been credited to the Store up to 7 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the account number to which he has paid the claim.
c / The Buyer was supposed to collect personally item in the Shop warehouse and
he did not turn up within 2 calendar days from the fixed date of receipt.
d / As a result of Buyer's behaviour, in particular, the host form of abusive or invidious behaviour, it is not possible to exchange correspondence necessary to carry out procedures for the execution of the contract until the end.
e / In the absence of confirmation of an order, it is assumed that the order was cancelled.
f / The Buyer may cancel an order in writing or via e-mail.
g / In case of cancellation of an order, if the amount of the subsidiary has already been credited to the account store, the Store returns it to the Buyer. The fee will be credited to Buyer's designated bank account
a / The Shop representative will inform you about the date of order implementation- it might be different and depends on the product.
b / The Shop implements the order after the acceptance of payment, in the case of transfer payment or after order confirmation, in the case of a COD.
c / Ordered products can be delivered to the indicated address in the Polish territory by company transport, by courier or in the case of small-size goods by Polish Post. Goods can also be collected personally by the customer from our warehouse.
d / Shipping costs are added to every delivery. Shipping costs are calculated individually depending on the weight of the goods and size of the shipment.
e / After receiving shipment, client is obliged to check carefully the package and inform immediately sales specialist about any faults. If the goods were damaged at the time of its delivery, a protocol should be written in the presence of provider. Our staff always check the humidity of the floor prior to shipment. However, if the client has reason to suspect the humidity of the floor (especially solid wood floor) he has a duty to report it to the supplier, write a protocol on delivery and immediately (within seven days) to inform Shop personnel of any irregularities. If the Store does not receive any claim within seven days, the application will be considered as a complaint.
f / The Buyer has the possibility to personally collect the ordered goods. However, it is possible after having contacted a representative of the store and setting the date of receipt.
9. Warranty, Claims and Returns
a / The consumer who has concluded an agreement away from business premises, may withdraw from it in accordance with applicable regulations, within 10 calendar days from date of purchase, and this fact must be supported by written declaration. Statement should be sent by registered letter or attached to the package with the returned goods.
b / In case of non-compliance with the contract and in case of products defects, in accordance with the applicable regulations, complaints may be submitted: via e-mail, to client adviser, where you can also receive information on how to return the goods and assistance in lodging complaints.
d / Return of goods to the seller must be immediate, not later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from an purchase / sell contract. Reimbursement shall be by written acknowledgment of receipt of goods by the seller. Along with returned goods client must turn all the products / benefits that were received free of charge, and / or whose condition for receiving the preferential price was the purchase of the returned goods.
e / The Shop does not accept any shipments in case of COD.
f / Solid wood floors are often sold in different lengths (unless the product description says otherwise, or an individual contract has been concluded, stating exception to this rule). In case of boards of different lengths - for example, from 350-1200 [mm] – it is unjustified claim for which the foundation will be that the customer has received the board in the range of 450-850 [mm], or that most boards that have been delivered to the customer are shorter.
g / It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the product, which is provided by the Shop. In case of any doubt you should immediately contact the Shop staff.
10. Final Provisions
a / These Regulations shall enter into force on its inclusion in the online shop at www.parkietstudio.pl and is valid for an indefinite period.
b /The Shop reserves the right to change these regulations.
c/ Any amendment shall enter into force upon their publication (enlisted) in online shop, thus the Client is obliged to verify its current provisions.
d / The Shop reserves the right to change prices of goods and services offered in the online store, changes connected with launching or withdrawing products from sale and caring out and cancelling promotions.
e / In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code or other laws relevant to the activities and functioning of the online shop apply.
f / The Buyer creating an account in the online store and making purchases accepts at the same time the above rules.
