Before laying a wooden floor, our technicians will check the quality of the substrate and the conditions at the investment site, and also take care of professional priming of the substrate. If the screed has incorrect moisture content, a moisture barrier primer will be necessary. In the case of uneven, loose, or dusty substrates, we use self-leveling screeds, special mats, or high-quality strengthening primers.

The floor must be very thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed before priming, otherwise the primer will not fulfill its role. The primed floor can then be glued in the next step. A technician from Parkiet Studio will choose the appropriate type of glue for your chosen wooden floor to ensure its durability for many years.
