Cleaning and maintenance of oiled floors treated with Floorservice Hartwachsöl and Color Hartwachsöl.

• Protection of oiled floors: Place felt pads under chairs, tables, etc. Never place plants directly on the floor, always use a waterproof plant pot.
   
• Dry cleaning of the floor: For daily cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner or a dry cleaning cloth like Floorservice-tüchern. Sand particles left on the floor can cause scratches. Newly oiled floors should only be dry cleaned for the first 30 days.
   
• Wet cleaning of the floor: For heavily soiled surfaces, clean with Floorservice Parkettreiniger wood floor cleaner. Mix 100 ml of the cleaner with 10 liters of clean water, then clean the floor with a damp (well-wrung) cloth. Allow the floor to dry completely before using it again. Only for the Alabaster color, use Loba Cleaner for washing, and Loba Natureoil for regular maintenance.
   
• Floor maintenance: Depending on the floor's usage, it's necessary to periodically impregnate it with Floorservice Pflegeöl maintenance oil. Use Floorservice Pflegeöl White for white oiled floors, and Floorservice Pflegeöl Natural for darker shades. For smoked floors treated with white oil, use Floorservice Pflegeöl Antique White. First, thoroughly clean the floor using Floorservice Parkettreiniger (see: wet cleaning of the floor). Allow the surface to dry completely. For small areas, apply a thin, even layer of Floorservice Pflegeöl with a lint-free cloth following the wood grain direction. For larger areas, spray the floor with Floorservice Pflegeöl, then polish the oil using a polishing machine with a thick white pad. 1 liter of maintenance oil is sufficient for approximately 70-100 m2 of surface.
   
• Drying time: 6 to 12 hours (depending on room temperature and ventilation).

Cleaning and maintenance of lacquered floors.

• For cleaning lacquered floorboards, avoid using products that can negatively affect or damage the lacquer coating, such as Pronto, Cif, Domestos, etc. Use clean water for daily cleaning. For proper maintenance, use Clean Parkettreiniger 42198 (for dirt, shoe marks, or stains) and Clean Parkettpflege 41199.
   
• ADLER Clean Parkettreiniger 42198 is a special cleaner for floors used before applying ADLER Clean-Parkettpflege 42199. It removes dirt, tough stains, and shoe marks. Use 1-2 times a week diluted with water in a 1:10 ratio.
   
• ADLER Clean Parkettpflege 42199 is used for refreshing and protecting floors with a thin, durable protective layer. Apply 2-3 times a year. Usage: ADLER Clean Parkettreiniger 42198 - For tough stains, dampen a cloth with the cleaner, wipe, and dry with a soft cloth. - For medium stains, clean with diluted Clean Parkettreiniger in a 1:1 ratio. - For minor stains, clean with diluted Clean Parkettreiniger in a 1:10 ratio. Coverage 40-80 m2 per application.
   
• ADLER Clean Parkettpflege 42199: Clean the floor wet with ADLER Clean-Parkettreiniger 42198 following the above guidelines.
   
• Maintenance for floors in good condition: Add 10% care product to clean water and apply evenly with a cloth.
   
• Refreshing old, worn floors: Apply 1-2 times with a cloth (1 part care product + 1 part water). Drying time 1-2 hours. Coverage 20 m2/l undiluted per application. Damaged coatings cannot be restored only with a care product, they need to be sanded and re-lacquered.
