Maintenance cleaning with Osmo Wisch-Fix - manual.

Add Osmo Wisch-Fix cleaning concentrate to water. Mixing ratio: 10 liters of clean, lukewarm water mixed with 50 ml of Wisch-Fix. Maintenance is done with a cotton non-fluffing mop. The mop should be lightly dampened. Once dried, the surface is ready for use.

Maintenance cleaning with Osmo Wisch-Fix - machine.

Add Osmo Wisch-Fix cleaning concentrate to water. Mixing ratio: 10 liters of clean, lukewarm water mixed with 200 ml of Wisch-Fix. Apply the mixture to the floor and spread it with the Osmo FloorXcenter scrubber with a white pad. Then remove residues and dissolved dirt with the FloorXcenter scrubber using the Easy Pad (wrapped on a white pad). Once dried, the surface is ready for use.

Periodic maintenance

Clean the surface to be maintained with Osmo Wisch-Fix. After drying, depending on the color of the floor, apply Osmo Waschpfelge 3029 or 3087 product at a rate of about 11ml/m2. Apply the product with a non-fluffing mop with microfiber or with a polisher with a microfiber pad, then leave it to dry. Drying time: 2-4 hours.

Intensive maintenance with Osmo Pflege-Öl care oil

Clean the surface to be maintained with the intensive cleaner Osmo Intensiv-Reiniger. Mixing ratio water: Intensiv-Reiniger - 20:1. Pour the cleaning mixture into the Osmo Terrassen- und Fußbodenreinigungsmaschine terrace and floor cleaning machine reservoir. Clean the wooden floor along the grain direction (pulling the lever on the terrace and floor cleaning machine handle causes the cleaning mixture to be sprayed in front of the rotating roller). After about 10 minutes, wipe the surface with a cloth dampened with clean water to remove dissolved dirt. Then leave the surface to dry, but not less than 4 hours. After this, apply the care oil Osmo Pflege-Öl to the surface using a roller without dilution at a rate of about 15-20 ml/m², then evenly rub the oil with a single-disc scrubber with a white pad. After about 3-4 hours of drying, the floor can be walked on again.

Renovation

Zones that cannot be restored to an optically flawless state with regular maintenance procedures should be renovated according to the following instructions: uniformly sand the surface with 120 grit sandpaper. Then smooth with a 120 grit mesh screen and vacuum up the dust created during sanding. Then wax twice with Osmo Hartwachs-Öl Rapid 3262 oil wax. Apply about 35ml/m² each time. Apply the product thinly with a roller in the direction of the wood grain. Drying time between product applications is about 4-6 hours. After the second application, the floor can be walked on again after 10-12 hours.

Spot stain removal

For spot stain removal beyond regular maintenance procedures, use Osmo Wachspflege- und Reinigungsspray wax care and cleaning spray for waxed surfaces. Spray the product directly onto the stained area, then remove the stain with the Osmo FloorXcenter scrubber with a white pad.

It is important to remember that the key basic procedures for wooden floors are:

• Regularly remove sand and other debris from the surface by providing the area with suitable doormats, sweeping, and vacuuming,
• Attach and protect furniture legs and other edges that come in contact with the wooden floor with appropriate materials,
• Use mats under chairs with wheels in desk and table areas.

Instructions for individual stages of maintenance of Saicos finished floors.

1. Cleaning - Saicos Ecoline Wash Care product Frequency: Once a week or as needed. (Use with wet mopping). Method: Add the product to water - three capfuls per approximately 5 liters of water (for 1-liter containers, use 3 capfuls, for 10-liter containers, use 1 capful per 5 liters of water). Wring out the mop cloth/pad well and mop as usual. Do not leave standing wet puddles - if necessary, wipe dry again. Important: Change the water in case of heavy soiling!

2. Deep cleaning - removing tough stains Saicos Ecoline Magic Cleaner product Frequency: As needed for strong stains that cannot be removed with Ecoline Wash Care Method: Dilute Ecoline Magic Cleaner concentrate with water at a ratio of 1 to 10 (e.g., pour 0.5 L of concentrate into 5 liters of water). Evenly distribute the solution on the floor using a damp cloth, rag, or Ecoline Maintenance Set (or suitable cleaning device). Do not pour the solution directly onto the surface to avoid puddles. Leave the solution on the surface for 5 to 20 minutes to act on the substrate. Reapply the solution to areas that have dried during the treatment. Remove the released dirt using a damp cloth, rag, or Ecoline Maintenance Set. For stubborn stains, use a white pad to scrub the area. After this treatment, maintenance or re-oiling of the surface is necessary. Neutralize with water 2 to 3 times using a clean, damp Ecoline Maintenance Set, or cloth. Dry thoroughly. These steps can be repeated as needed. Coverage: 1 liter of concentrate averages about 11 liters of solution. Number of layers: 1 layer, or 2 for heavy soiling. Drying time: Depending on conditions, dries like a normal wet surface. (New protective coatings on wooden surfaces can only be applied after complete drying). Do not use directly on raw or unprotected wood. This may complicate the application of finishing layers (varnishes/paints) later on. Alkaline-sensitive substrates like oak may experience discoloration (it is best to perform a test on invisible spots beforehand).

3. Periodic maintenance - Saicos Ecoline Wax Care product Frequency: Every 3 - 6 months depending on floor usage Method: Clean with Ecoline Wash Care or Magic Cleaner (depending on soil level). Then apply about 10ml per 1-2m2 and spread evenly using a microfiber flat mop head, leaving it to dry for approximately 1.5-3 hours (depending on conditions).

4. Regenerating care: Saicos Wash Care Oil product Frequency of use: Perform thorough care when signs of wear of the coating are observed. Method: Clean with Ecoline Wash Care or Magic Cleaner (depending on soil level). Wait for the surface to dry completely. Then, apply and spread an amount corresponding to a capful of the product over approximately 1-2m2 evenly along the wood fibers or floor orientation using a "squeegee" mop head, leaving it to dry. Repeat if necessary. Applying the product restores the surface to a like-new state. Note: All products should be used strictly according to the instructions on the packaging, paying special attention to safety guidelines. Do not use other non-recommended products, as this may damage the surface and floorboards. Adapt the frequency of cleaning and maintenance procedures to the conditions and frequency of floor use. Remember that the technical and visual condition of wooden floors depends mainly on proper use and appropriate maintenance with recommended products.
